"On Broken Wings" is nearly complete.
The final mixes have been mastered and sound wonderful.
The graphics are done and the proofs have been approved.
The CDs will be made available at the concert on October 18
and will be available on-line a few weeks after that. This is the 2nd
of three songs from the new CD that we have chosen to preview.

The lyrics, inspired by Psalm 121, were written by Jim. He gave the lyrics to me and asked me to set it to music, and also preferred that I sing it on the album, backed by a "choir" of multi-tracked voices consisting of Kirsten and me. Jim originally intended to write this for the bell choir at his former church, and there were plans at some point to arrange and perform it with the bell choir, but that never came to pass. It was performed by the choir at the church Kirsten and I attend at a recent Spring concert. Karaoke tracks and a printed choir arrangement with piano and chords accompaniment are available upon request.

Enjoy!
