"On Broken Wings" Updates

"On Broken Wings" is nearly complete.
The final mixes have been mastered & sound wonderful.
The graphics for the booklet are done & the proofs have been approved.
The CDs will be ready in time & will be made available at the concert on October 18.
On-line release should ensue a few weeks after that.
Since we've been working exclusively on the new CD, all other
new material has been put on hold. During the recording process,
we've been quietly replacing the original monthly offering mixes
from the CD with the final mixes as tracks get completed.
This month, we've decided to call attention to the updated mixes
of the new CD of some of the offerings we've shared in the past.
If you've heard them before, they sound a bit different now.
If you haven't, this is an opportunity to get a nice preview of the CD. :-)

"Liberate Us"
Since this was first posted,
Meredith's & Kirsten's multi-layered background vocals have been added.
The mix has also been tightened up & made a bit brighter.
"New Song Suite"
This track has undergone a lot of changes since it was first
posted in January 2007 as our very first Monthly Offering.
Jim's lead vocals on "O Holy Child" have replaced Edward's.
The background vocals have been completely redone to match Jim's.
A bit of "ear candy" has been added along the way,
& the mix has been brightened & improved upon,
bringing out some layers that were buried in the original mix.
